About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to join our innovative design tooling organization based in London. This AI Agent Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on developing core agent systems that power our platform. You will play a crucial role in designing and building agent systems to tackle complex tasks across multimodal environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and build agent systems to improve performance over time.
• Develop the infrastructure required to train, evaluate, and run large-scale agent systems.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to overcome challenges in agent architecture.
• Utilize LLM/VLM reasoning and planning systems in a professional environment.
• Contribute to the data flywheel that enhances agent performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven experience with agent architecture and deep learning frameworks.
• Educational qualifications such as a PhD or Masters in a relevant area are highly preferred.
• Experience with Python or other deep learning frameworks is essential.
• Bonus points for experience working with agents interacting with real product environments.
