Advisor, Workforce Operations - Remote Opportunity
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Provide timely, accurate, and service-focused HR advice by interpreting policies, procedures, legislation, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Support leaders with evidence-based recruitment and selection practices, including leading high-volume recruitment campaigns for Emergency Communications Officers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, delivering consistent, best-practice guidance across the organization.
- Participate in job analysis activities and assist managers in developing accurate, capability-aligned position descriptions.
- Ensure high-quality processing of employee lifecycle changes while maintaining the integrity of workforce data.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated generalist HR experience with the ability to interpret policy and resolve complex people matters.
- Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms, with SuccessFactors being highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and provide customer-focused support.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing high volumes of work while maintaining confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Desirable accreditations such as AHRI membership or Mercer job evaluation.
- Experience in public sector environments.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to enhance processes and service delivery.
