About the Role

Join Triple Zero Victoria as an Advisor, Workforce Operations, in a remote capacity where your HR expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting critical emergency services. What You'll Do

  • Provide timely, accurate, and service-focused HR advice by interpreting policies, procedures, legislation, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Support leaders with evidence-based recruitment and selection practices, including leading high-volume recruitment campaigns for Emergency Communications Officers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, delivering consistent, best-practice guidance across the organization.
  • Participate in job analysis activities and assist managers in developing accurate, capability-aligned position descriptions.
  • Ensure high-quality processing of employee lifecycle changes while maintaining the integrity of workforce data.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated generalist HR experience with the ability to interpret policy and resolve complex people matters.
  • Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms, with SuccessFactors being highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and provide customer-focused support.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing high volumes of work while maintaining confidentiality.

Nice to Have

  • Desirable accreditations such as AHRI membership or Mercer job evaluation.
  • Experience in public sector environments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to enhance processes and service delivery.
