About the Role

RPA is seeking talented interns to join our "Advertising Internship" program for Winter/Spring 2026. This Advertising Internship remote opportunity provides a unique chance to immerse yourself in the bold, creative, and collaborative culture at RPA, a leading independent advertising agency. The internship will run from January 19th to May 15th, 2026, offering a flexible remote environment that allows you to balance your academic commitments while gaining valuable industry experience.

What You'll Do

• Engage in real work on actual brands as part of a large internship program.
• Participate in various departments including Strategic Planning, Marketing Intelligence, Production, Media, Experience and Product Strategy, Account Management, Behavioral Science, and Public Relations.
• Work part-time, committing to a minimum of 18-21 hours per week.
• Participate in virtual phone interviews and a Prep Bootcamp as part of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to projects that enhance your skills in advertising and marketing.

Requirements

• Strong interest in advertising and marketing.
