• Manage accounts receivable for specialty infusion and medical billing, ensuring accurate and timely collections.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex billing issues with patients and insurance providers.
• Conduct insurance verification and patient eligibility checks to facilitate smooth billing processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with HCPC coding and billing regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their accounts, payment plans, and financial responsibilities.
• Analyze and report on collection metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills in collections and revenue cycle management.
• Work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting performance targets.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or medical billing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, including prior authorization and clinical reviews.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve collection outcomes.
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
