About the Role

Omilia is hiring an Account Executive for the Nordics & UK region. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Finland, Sweden, Norway, or the United Kingdom. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across the Nordics and UK markets, working with Omilia’s AI-powered conversational technology solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients and leverage cutting-edge AI technology to enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth in the Nordics and UK regions.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize Omilia’s AI-powered solutions to demonstrate value to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or AI-related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics and UK markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
