Account Executive - Remote Opportunity in Web3 Sales

About the Role

Join Alchemy as an Account Executive and help drive the future of Web3 technology. This remote Account Executive position allows you to work with a team that powers 70% of the top web3 teams and 90%+ of web2 companies entering the blockchain space. Your role will be pivotal in pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development on our infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, client retention, renewals, upsells, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and explain how our products can solve their challenges.
  • Reach out to new leads via various communication channels and excite them for introductory calls.
  • Educate cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and troubleshoot their infrastructure issues.
  • Track, analyze, and find ways to improve campaigns and the sales process.
  • Collaborate across internal business and technology teams to drive desired business outcomes for customers.
  • Refine and establish processes to support evolving business needs.
  • Develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior-level executives and technical individuals.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Own, manage, and report using a CRM, ensuring the system is up-to-date with all relevant metrics.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform product development.
  • Work with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-sales.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and respond quickly to customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings to Enterprises and C-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas autonomously.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects.
  • Experience driving technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
  • Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and correlate potential business to the value provided by technical services.
