3D Motion Graphic Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Motion Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team at WeAreAspire. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced marketing environment in the global digital entertainment sector. As a 3D Motion Graphic Designer remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your own time while collaborating with senior creatives and key stakeholders to produce high-quality motion assets.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and stakeholders to bring briefs to life.
• Produce high-impact motion graphics and video content from concept through to final delivery.
• Create assets for digital campaigns, product launches, social platforms, and event content.
• Design both animated and static creative assets.
• Iterate and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Bring fresh ideas by staying on top of animation and design trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using AE plugins such as Element 3D, Particular, Optical Flares, and Saber.
• Comfortable working across different video formats, aspect ratios, and compression settings.
• Strong eye for motion storytelling, pacing, typography, and composition.
• Some exposure to 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 2D asset breakdowns/art retouching for animation.
