About the Role

We are excited to announce the opening for a 2026 Summer Employee Experience Internship - Remote. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement and public health initiatives while working remotely. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance employee experiences within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to assess employee satisfaction.
• Support research initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Participate in writing reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate events and activities that promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in research or data analysis is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with public policy and legal research.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental studies.
• Previous internship experience in a related field.

What We Offer

• Paid internship at $17.95/hour, increasing to $18.40/hour.
• Two paid holidays (Juneteenth and Independence Day).
