Xtrim Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Reckitt

About the Role

We are seeking an Xtrim Analyst to join Reckitt, a leader in hygiene, health, and nutrition. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our supply chain operations, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. As an Xtrim Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving cost savings across our global supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing waste.
• Deliver the annual savings plan, ensuring each initiative adds significant value to our operations.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on ongoing projects to support visibility and execution.
• Explore and develop new improvement ideas to enhance performance and create future efficiencies.
• Calculate savings generated by Continuous Improvement initiatives and assess the feasibility of proposed projects.
• Prepare monthly savings reports and act as Workstream Champion for Xtrim.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new savings ideas.

Requirements

• Background in Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking skills, with the ability to interpret operational metrics.
• Proficient in English for conversations and presentations across LATAM.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and dashboards.
• Project management knowledge, including timelines, scoping, and documentation.
• Experience in roles such as Project Assistant or Junior Analyst related to operations.
• Understanding of operational processes and their impact on quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Minitab or similar statistical tools.
