Working Student Visual Design - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Working Student Visual Design to join our dynamic team at Scalable GmbH. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while assisting our design team in creating impactful visual assets for various channels. As a Working Student Visual Design, you will contribute to the development of social media posts, banner ads, email communications, website content, and more, all while gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced FinTech industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist the design team with the creation of visual assets for multiple formats, including social media, print ads, and exhibition materials.
• Help maintain and organize our digital asset library to ensure our design system remains scalable and efficient.
• Adapt existing concepts into various formats, such as banners and presentation decks, showcasing your creativity and design skills.
• Participate actively in design critiques, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table.
• Learn to apply our internal brand guidelines across a wide variety of practical applications, enhancing your understanding of brand consistency.
• Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality output in all design tasks.
• Utilize your proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create stunning visuals.
• Showcase your strong portfolio that highlights your academic projects or personal design work.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of design principles and theory.
• Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail and consistency.
• A self-organized working style with effective workflow management skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in design and technology.
• Fluent in English.

• Work experience in a design-related role is a plus.
