Working Student Product Design - Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a Working Student Product Design - Remote to join our innovative team at PiNCAMP. As a working student, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and interface of our website and apps, making a significant impact on thousands of campers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values design as a strategic partner.

What You'll Do

• Translate product ideas into wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
• Design polished UI solutions that go live as part of our agile sprints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ship user-centric solutions.
• Support the team with ad-hoc design tasks, such as creating icons, visuals, or presentation assets.
• Join a supportive and experienced Product team that values ownership, feedback, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Currently studying Digital Design, UX, Interaction Design, or a similar field for at least 3 more semesters.
• Available to support for 15-20 hours per week.
• Hands-on experience working on digital products and using Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact.
• Fluent in English (German or Dutch is a plus) and residing in the greater Berlin area.

Nice to Have

• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
