About the Role

We are seeking a Website & Content Management Assistant - Remote to support our App & Website and Marketing teams as freelance contractors. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an innovative digital platform starting July 1st. As a Website & Content Management Assistant - Remote, you will play a crucial role in building and updating landing pages in Webflow and WordPress, ensuring our online presence is engaging and effective.

What You'll Do

  • Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress to enhance user experience.
  • Implement and test responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign.
  • Build and edit online courses in WordPress (LearnDash) to provide valuable educational content.
  • Prepare course materials including subtitles, translations, and course structure for diverse audiences.
  • Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit to keep them informed.
  • Coordinate tasks with translators to ensure timely delivery of multilingual content.
  • Be available Monday-Friday for urgent fixes and updates to maintain website functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management is essential.
  • Practical web design skills using Elementor and other page builders.
  • Basic experience with email marketing tools, with ActiveCampaign preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, and/or French is a plus.
  • Proficient with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Must be an established freelancer with business registration and the ability to issue invoices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital education or e-learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance.
