About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant in the Health Sector to join our team remotely. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will execute operations to ensure optimal storage conditions and quality standards for timely supply, enabling efficient service delivery across various health service areas.
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage documentation for daily activities and information handling.
- Receive, distribute, and deliver necessary supplies for health services.
- Review supply conditions and quality to support health service delivery.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of supplies in the warehouse.
- Conduct periodic inventories to maintain stock levels as per business needs.
- Generate purchase orders and manage inventory control effectively.
- Update process information in the system according to established policies.
- Report any issues that arise during operations for timely decision-making.
- Provide management reports as required by your supervisor.
- Assist internal and external users to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
- Classify and organize merchandise in the warehouse for quick retrieval.
- Participate in management systems to mitigate risks related to service quality, safety, and environmental impacts.
Requirements
- Technical degree or completion of IV semester in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in the health sector.
- Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
