Warehouse Assistant - Health Sector (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant in the Health Sector to join our team remotely. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will execute operations to ensure optimal storage conditions and quality standards for timely supply, enabling efficient service delivery across various health service areas.

What You'll Do

• Organize and manage documentation for daily activities and information handling.
• Receive, distribute, and deliver necessary supplies for health services.
• Review supply conditions and quality to support health service delivery.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of supplies in the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic inventories to maintain stock levels as per business needs.
• Generate purchase orders and manage inventory control effectively.
• Update process information in the system according to established policies.
• Report any issues that arise during operations for timely decision-making.
• Provide management reports as required by your supervisor.
• Assist internal and external users to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
• Classify and organize merchandise in the warehouse for quick retrieval.
• Participate in management systems to mitigate risks related to service quality, safety, and environmental impacts.

Requirements

• Technical degree or completion of IV semester in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in the health sector.
• Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
