Vintage Administration Assistant - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Vintage Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Vinarchy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential administrative support to our Supply Chain & Operations team. As a Vintage Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, making this an exciting position for someone organized and proactive.
What You'll Do
- Raise and receipt non-stock purchase orders using JDE.
- Enter weekly Time & Attendance (Kronos) data for payroll.
- Support meetings by setting up agendas and taking minutes.
- Perform data entry across multiple operations systems.
- Manage stationery orders and maintain electronic filing/recordkeeping.
- Run the mailroom, including daily manifest coordination and distribution.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic device and technology support.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as required.
Requirements
- Confident using Office365 and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent customer-focused communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numeracy and time-management abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems.
- Understanding of winery or viticulture operations.
- Familiarity with purchasing systems, preferably JDE.
- Current driver’s license.
