Unity App Developer and Administrator - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Unity App Developer and Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is open to EU-based candidates only and offers a unique opportunity to influence the world of education through augmented reality (AR) applications. As a Unity App Developer and Administrator, you will take ownership of the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our AR applications, ensuring they are stable, updated, and production-ready across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AR applications in Unity for Android, iOS, and WebGL.
• Implement and support multi-user networking using Photon.
• Manage builds, releases, versioning, and live app administration across platforms.
• Utilize Git and Unity Version Control (UVCS) to ensure clean, reliable codebases and workflows.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot performance, stability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to deliver features and improvements.
• Maintain documentation, code quality, and development pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong written and communication skills in English; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Well-organized and responsible with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience in AR app development using Unity for Android, Apple, and WebGL.
• Familiarity with multi-user networking using Photon within Unity.
• Proficient in Git version control with UVCS.
• Experience in deployment, maintenance, and administration of applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional programming languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
