About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Center Director - Substance Use Treatment (Remote) to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our clinic, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to patients undergoing treatment for opioid addiction. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, including nurses and counselors, to meet the needs of our patients while maintaining compliance with various regulatory bodies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the operations of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic to meet budgeted and planned results.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of clinic staff, ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies such as SAMHSA, DEA, and CARF to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational efficiencies to enhance clinic performance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess clinic measures and react accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director and other key personnel to ensure compliance with best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in community relations and development activities to drive census growth.
  • Lead efforts to hire and train personnel with cultural diversity to meet the needs of our patient demographics.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • In-depth understanding of clinic operations and experience in the substance abuse field.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State, and CARF standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to recommend solutions and monitor execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Previous experience in a remote leadership role.
