We are looking for a Theater Guest Services Representative to join our team at iPic Entertainment. As a Theater Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. What You'll Do

• Greet guests in a friendly, genuine manner and assist them with ticket reservations in person and over the phone.
• Provide guests with detailed information about movie times, seating, and membership pricing.
• Utilize the reservation system and seating chart in accordance with iPic policies.
• Engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions to deliver outstanding service.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Process payments securely and efficiently through the POS system.
• Act as a peer mentor for new team members as requested by management.
• Exhibit hospitable farewell techniques to ensure every guest feels appreciated.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
