About the Role

Onebrief is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager – Acquisition Integration to join our dynamic team. This Technical Program Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead integration projects and drive strategic initiatives across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of acquisition integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members in project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful acquisition integration projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
