Technical Presales Engineer - Connectivity & Managed Services
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Presales Engineer to join our team at TIME dotCom. This remote Technical Presales Engineer position will allow you to leverage your technical expertise to support our sales team in securing business prospects and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for handling all technical aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team by determining technical requirements and matching them with our services and solutions.
- Conduct presentations and explain our offerings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform in-depth needs analysis with prospect technical staff to determine their requirements and solutions.
- Develop high-level designs and architectures for prospect solutions based on best practices.
- Prepare RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and high-level designs while managing projects and providing guidance.
- Conduct internal product training for sales staff and presales teams.
- Address a high volume of prospect questions and requirements comprehensively to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Services, Security Services, and Cloud Services.
- Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, SDWAN, and Cybersecurity services.
- Understanding of SOC services, MDR, EDR, and Threat Intelligence.
- Experience with MPLS, Wireless Solutions, and Managed Services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, with a good understanding of customer business strategies.
- CCNP/CCDP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
