About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative - French Speaking to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Portugal, with only one office visit required every three months. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently. What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is a plus.
