About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Consultant (Waste Management) - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical consulting services in waste management, focusing on sustainability and compliance.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow for project management and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in application upgrades and IT asset management, ensuring optimal performance.
• Engage in continuous learning and mentoring within a structured environment.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative strategies in waste management.
• Support the team in technical support and configuration tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, preferably in waste management or environmental science.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM), hardware asset management (HAM), and software asset management (SAM).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and electronic document management systems.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management or environmental consulting.
• Experience in application development or upgrades.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in waste management.
