We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcing Expert - Remote to join our team at AQUALEX. In this role, you will be instrumental in finding, engaging, and attracting top candidates for various positions within our organization. What You'll Do

  • Identify and source suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage potential candidates and promote the unique culture at AQUALEX.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure AQUALEX remains top-of-mind.
  • Optimize your searching strategies and outreach methods to improve candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to align on recruitment needs and expectations.
  • Work 2 to 3 days a week with required flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
  • Utilize your curiosity to discover the individuals behind digital profiles.
  • Exhibit a positive, eager attitude with a strong sales sense to inspire candidates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German with good English communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills to build connections quickly.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • A structured and precise work ethic.
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the HR landscape in Germany.
  • Familiarity with candidate engagement strategies.
