About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, in a remote capacity. As a key player in our global expansion, you will help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across various corporate functions, including Compliance and Operations. What You'll Do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to improve the hiring process continuously.
• Drive or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking, university visits, and local job fairs.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within top-tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Skilled in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience in market mapping for the global market.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• A positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
