System Administrator (IT Support) - Remote Flexibility

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (IT Support) to join our dynamic team in Limassol. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office IT infrastructure runs smoothly. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end workplace setup by assembling and configuring equipment and installing required software.
• Provide operational user support by diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.
• Manage user accounts and access rights for corporate resources and shared folders.
• Support and monitor local network infrastructure and active network equipment.
• Set up and maintain secure remote access (VPN) for our distributed team.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, transfers, and keeping an up-to-date asset register; support procurement and vendor communication.
• Provide technical support for meetings and internal events, including presentations and conferencing.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Support (on-site).
• Hands-on skills with PC/Mac setup, OS/software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic network administration skills, including LAN/Wi-Fi and network equipment management.
• Experience with access/account management and permissions.
• Comfortable with IT asset tracking and basic procurement coordination.
• Fluent in Russian is required; English proficiency at B1+ level for daily team communication.

• Experience in a fintech environment.

• Certifications in relevant IT fields.
