Supply Chain Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager - Remote to join our team at Edrington. This role is pivotal in supporting the Senior Supply Chain Manager in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient operations from sourcing packaging materials to last mile delivery. As a Supply Chain Manager - Remote, you will collaborate with various departments and manage supplier relationships to enhance the effectiveness of our supply chain activities.
What You'll Do
- Support the management of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Brand Owners and suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery of products that meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, product phase-in and phase-out, and supply schedules to optimize stock availability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Prepare supply chain reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Act as deputy during the Department Head’s absence to ensure continuity of business operations.
- Lead the annual stocktake with third-party logistics (3PL) and auditors to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage customer complaints by investigating root causes and developing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations, preferably in the luxury, food and beverage, or spirits industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software (O2C, APO, MM).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for success.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing supply chain functions in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management.
