What You'll Do

  • Assist in creating and tracking social media posts to promote our Kids and YA titles.
  • Draft marketing materials like newsletters and press releases that resonate with our audience.
  • Research influencers and compile outreach lists to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Help organize book launch events and school visits, ensuring a successful outreach.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing audience engagement and increasing visibility for our titles.

Requirements

  • Current college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate.
  • Passion for books and publishing, especially in the Kids and YA genres.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in marketing and publicity, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social media marketing or content creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.
  • Previous internship experience in marketing or publicity.
