About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Strategic Finance Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring that we maintain our competitive edge in the FinTech industry. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
• Lead financial modeling and forecasting efforts to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with product marketing and business development teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance capital efficiency.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial investigations and ensure adherence to AML compliance and KYC regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or a related field.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, capital management, and investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing strategy, and long-range planning.
• Experience in the FinTech sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in oil and gas or pipeline construction finance.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, and EF Core.
• Experience with financial operations in a startup environment.
