About the Role
Canva is seeking a talented and driven Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote Strategic Account Executive position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada while playing a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth and building long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product team based on client interactions and needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Canva's value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as a Strategic Account Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
