What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and other departments to ensure project success.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
• Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Technical background in software development or engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
