About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, working fully remote within the United States. As a Staff Software Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in developing our next-generation AI-powered enterprise system, which automates the processing of vast amounts of complex data.

What You'll Do

  • Own and ship major product features end-to-end as a Staff Software Engineer remote.
  • Build and maintain enterprise integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Write backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that enhance our intelligent system.
  • Work on intelligent system components focusing on reasoning, retrieval, and orchestration.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team, ensuring high ownership and fast shipping of features.
  • Occasionally handle platform and infrastructure tasks to unblock progress.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly with Golang and Python.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments (not consumer-focused).
  • Strong preference for backgrounds in data analytics, business intelligence, or data infrastructure.
  • Startup or early-growth experience, ideally in companies with fewer than 100 employees at the time of joining.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, services, data pipelines, and distributed systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning or AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
