About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team remotely. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating entertainment and recreational activities within our facilities. This position is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and manage recreational and entertainment activities, including scheduling and event planning.
  • Develop and implement new entertainment programs and special events designed to attract and delight guests.
  • Monitor facility performance and guest satisfaction, using feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless integration of entertainment and recreational activities.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support to your business support team, dedicating time to perform supervised work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of entertainment services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial success and viability of entertainment programs.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a supervisor in a commercial support team.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Accountability and a focus on guest needs.
  • Ability to analyze information to resolve ongoing issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Certifications may be required or preferred.
  • Must be proactive, motivated, and possess a versatile skill set.
