OP Labs is hiring a full-time Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team, working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions as a Solutions Engineer.
  • Design, implement, and support software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, enhancing their experience with our products.
  • Participate in the development of documentation and training materials for clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
