Mid-Level Financial Accountant - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Financial Accountant - Remote to join our innovative team at Xapo Bank. This position allows you to work from anywhere in a fully distributed team, supporting our global financial operations. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support the month-end close process and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with regulatory and audit requirements, acting as a key contact during audits.
• Prepare and post journals, manage corporate expenses and payables.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and support tax and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance incident management procedures.

Requirements

• Recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate accounting or audit role.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and solid understanding of IFRS.
• Proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
