About the Role

We're hiring a Software Engineer - LLM Systems (Remote) to join our innovative team at NewtonX. In this role, you'll own the core LLM infrastructure powering two groundbreaking products that are redefining B2B research. Your work will directly impact how leading organizations make critical business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the LLM infrastructure for our products, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Build self-serve features that compress weeks of research into days, enhancing user experience.
• Architect automated systems that continuously capture expert opinions, creating longitudinal datasets and refreshable dashboards.
• Integrate LLMs and implement AI/ML models in production, utilizing OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions while maintaining engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including React, TypeScript, and backend technologies like Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML implementations, particularly with LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and containerization tools like Docker.
• A strong quality mindset with experience in testing and code reviews.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG systems, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing or streaming architectures.
• Open-source contributions in AI/ML.
