SNF Practice Office Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Community Health Centers of America (CHCA) is seeking a dedicated SNF Practice Office Manager to join our team remotely. As a vital part of our Skilled Nursing Facility Practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
- Implement organization policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Liaise with providers and administrators to resolve issues in collaboration with the Regional Director and Medical Director.
- Coordinate provider schedules and resource allocation with input from clinical staff.
- Schedule and conduct interviews for new providers, ensuring a thorough screening process.
- Oversee billing and charting compliance reviews and analyses.
- Assist with physician payments and provider bonuses.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Maintain records of quality assurance and quality management activities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related medical office experience, with a preference for Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
- 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience.
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with medical and dental terminology and EHR systems (eCW preferred).
- Experience with medical billing, coding, and documentation.
- Knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations and respectful of cultural and religious practices of patients.
- Current BLS certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
