About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Avionic Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pilatus Aircraft. This Avionic Systems Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to design, develop, and integrate advanced avionic systems into our aircraft. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and conducting thorough ground and flight-testing of these systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and integrate avionic systems into our aircraft.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations to certify our aircraft.
• Conduct ground and flight-testing of avionic systems.
• Manage external suppliers effectively.
• Provide technical guidance to our production and customer support organizations.

Requirements

• A degree in electrical, electronic, or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry.
• Proven track record in developing highly integrated avionic systems.
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
