About the Role

We are seeking a talented Service Designer - Customer Experience (Remote) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in service design to enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints. As a Service Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct qualitative research to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Facilitate workshops to ideate and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
  • Create service blueprints and journey maps to visualize customer experiences.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma and Miro.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to iterate on service design improvements.
  • Champion human-centered design principles within the organization.
  • Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of service design initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in service design, UX design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and FinTech industries is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting.
  • Familiarity with software engineering concepts.
  • RIBO License or experience in the insurance sector.
