Service and Delivery Driver - Full-Time Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service and Delivery Driver remote to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a Service and Delivery Driver remote, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by transporting products in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures to enhance customer service.
• Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service based on our People-Focused Values.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in delivery driving or box truck operation preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents.
• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
