Senior Web Designer - UX/UI Focus
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our creative team remotely. As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing web design concepts, creating layouts, prototypes, and final designs for web pages. This role emphasizes UX/UI design to enhance user experience and interface efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement innovative web design concepts that meet client needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage web design projects, including task assignment to external developers and monitoring progress.
- Design presentations and advertising creatives for targeted advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Utilize modern design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch.
- Ensure adherence to design guidelines and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Work closely with the development team to prepare layouts for interface markup.
Requirements
- Portfolio is a must!
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and UX/UI.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of graphic and product design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding layouts and articulate design choices clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High work speed and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with commercial layouts for sales funnels.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
