What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with account teams to identify and execute value delivery strategies for key accounts.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and quantify their unique business challenges.
- Translate Elastic’s value proposition into clear economic benefits aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead business value reviews, effectively communicating realized value and potential economic benefits.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Create and deliver executive-level documents that showcase value delivery.
- Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our solutions, staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
- Expert knowledge in change process management and security technologies.
- Advanced knowledge in value-based selling methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in building business cases for executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to meet clients (approximately once a month).
