About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will create intuitive and enjoyable end-to-end user experiences for customers interacting with various digital products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer remote, you will apply your expertise in research, analysis, and design to ensure that the user experience aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to create intuitive interactions.
  • Map the user journey throughout their interactions with the organization.
  • Define how users interact with various interfaces, including gesture controls and touchscreens.
  • Conduct usability testing and user experience research to evaluate the effectiveness of interactions.
  • Integrate Accessibility and Universal Design principles into the design process.
  • Leverage systems design processes to solve design challenges holistically.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and communicate design rationale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus at senior levels.
  • Experience leading design within Lean/Agile product teams.
  • Specialized expertise in areas such as in-vehicle design, mobile applications, or API-driven systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion design and business design.
  • Track record of introducing innovative design methods.
  • Familiarity with localization and translation processes.
