What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management is a plus.
