Senior Team Manager - Performance Marketing (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Team Manager - Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Team Manager, you will lead a talented team of media buyers and account managers, ensuring exceptional client outcomes across global markets.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 media buyers and account managers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement effective team strategies to optimize campaign performance, focusing on ROI-driven results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships.
• Review KPIs, adjust budgets, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Spend 75% of your time supporting the team and 25% engaging with clients through calls and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management and advertising within an agency environment or e-commerce.
• 4+ years of experience with Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads, and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of ROI-focused marketing strategies.
• Technical expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRO, SEO, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Previous experience managing B2B and eCommerce clients.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical clients.
• Outgoing personality with strong client interaction skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with attribution tools like Hyros, North Beam, Wicked Reports, and Triple Whale.
