Senior Solutions Architect - Voice AI Remote

About the Role

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in a remote capacity across the EMEA region. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of voice AI technology. This position involves guiding customers through complex post-sales engagements and ensuring successful implementation of our cutting-edge speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutions. You'll work closely with clients to optimize their use of our platform and drive their success in leveraging voice AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments that utilize Deepgram’s speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice-agent capabilities.
• Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth integrations and guiding customers to stable production.
• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause analysis and proposing durable fixes.
• Design reference architectures and implementation patterns tailored to EMEA customer use cases, including contact centers and voice analytics.
• Build high-quality samples and internal tools to streamline processes for customers and the team.
• Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs, translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize fixes and features based on customer feedback.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to meet regional SLAs and provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Professional software engineering experience in languages such as Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of managing complex post-sales work, including production deployments and incident response.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and executive audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with speech recognition technologies and building voice agents.
• Familiarity with WER analysis and model tuning.
• Experience operating self-hosted systems and observability for production services.
• Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
