Senior Software Engineer - Agile Development

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll engage in Agile software development practices to solve complex business problems and create solutions that delight users.

What You'll Do

• Empathize with stakeholders to develop actionable and holistic working solutions that deliver business value.
• Champion best Agile and software engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), to develop high-quality products.
• Collaborate with top-tier professionals to tackle challenging and complex problems.
• Foster a positive and proactive environment, helping each other learn and grow.
• Provide constructive feedback for improvement and take ownership of your contributions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in both backend and frontend technologies.
• Experience in high-performance Agile software engineering teams utilizing Kanban, Scrum, Lean, or XP methodologies.
• Proficient in clean code practices, test automation, and writing maintainable code.
• Good understanding of end-to-end application architecture and experience delivering large-scale projects to production.
• Deep understanding of at least one programming language and paradigm (OOP, FP).
• Familiarity with various tech stacks, including TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Java, and GoLang.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
