About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional technical support to our Salesforce users, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experience. As a Senior Salesforce Support Specialist, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies to troubleshoot issues, mentor junior staff, and improve processes.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical support for Salesforce users, addressing complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Mentor and guide junior support specialists, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Slack for effective communication and ticket management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of support operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize their use of Salesforce features.
- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on Salesforce developments and best practices to provide cutting-edge support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, development, and administration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem management.
- Experience with automation tools and cloud engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and other cybersecurity tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CPQ and Advanced Approvals in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of OmniStudio and data management best practices.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role.
