Senior Sales Manager (Enterprise Hunter) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager (Enterprise Hunter) remote to join our dynamic team at DGI Tech Group. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology sectors such as gaming, fintech, iGaming, adtech, cloud infrastructure, and web security. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will actively pursue new clients in targeted industries, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Actively reach out to new clients in target industries, focusing on enterprise clients with 500+ employees.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth process.
- Independently build and expand your sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools for reporting.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve annual margin targets of $300–400k or higher in the enterprise segment.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, web security, or hardware.
- Proven track record of closing large deals worth $100k+.
- Strong hunter profile with active cold sales experience and the ability to engage with high-level executives.
- Existing network or database to leverage for immediate outreach.
- Experience working outside of Russia (Europe, UK, MENA, USA).
- Fluent in English; Russian is a working language within the team.
- Energetic, structured, results-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Excellent communication and soft skills for effective meetings and presentations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in system integration companies.
- Familiarity with the fintech, iGaming, adtech, or digital-native sectors.
