Remote Marketing Project Manager - Digital & IT Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your 7+ years of experience in managing marketing and growth projects within the digital and IT sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving initiatives from launch to scale, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage marketing projects, focusing on both B2B and B2C funnels.
• Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives and partnerships to enhance our market presence.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze funnels, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and unit economics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing project management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing and growth projects.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Fluent in English (C1 level); proficiency in Russian is a plus.
