Senior Reporting and Business Intelligence Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Reporting and Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to deliver high-impact data insights and enterprise reporting solutions that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Lead complex SQL development for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Leverage Azure Data Factory and other BI tools to build scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices across analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish reporting standards and reusable frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles.
• Mandatory: Advanced Power BI and SQL expertise.
• Strong experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and analytics best practices.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and other BI tools is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools and technologies.
