About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will develop and maintain a client relationship portfolio, managing a portfolio size between $75 to $100 million. Your superior communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial as you independently generate and manage client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Independently handle all relationship types, including those with complex loan structures.
  • Gain extensive knowledge of all bank products including Cash Management, Wealth Management, and International services.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to effectively sell products to clients and prospects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other bankers within the group.
  • Generate new business opportunities and prepare loan packages for presentation to Senior Management and the Loan Committee.
  • Assume full responsibility for the quality, completeness, and accuracy of all loan documentation in your portfolio.
  • Proactively manage loan asset quality to contribute to the Bank's overall management objectives.
  • Participate in community-oriented and professional organizations to enhance networking and referral opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft programs is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with top management and public groups.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret financial data effectively.
